Holy growing family!

Well, we had our four week check-up today and we left with flying colors! Hannah weighed in at six pounds, nine ounces and 18 inches long. Abigail was five pounds, one ounce and 17 3/4 inches long. Hurray! The doctor was thrilled. Hopefully we will be able to get Abi's monitor off on Monday. The doctor wasn't able to get the information he needed today to take it off of her.

Hannah is big enough that she is now out of the car bed and in an infant car seat. Abigail still needs to be in the car bed because of her Apnia's. Just for another couple of weeks though. Hurray! I'm so proud of my girls!

Sleep?

Who needs sleep? ME! Who knew (aside from all those who are already parents) that two such small creatures could make so much racket and keep you up ALL night?!? Well, I found out last night. I was up... the girls were up until at least 3:00 a.m. And I'm not talking about waking up at 3:00 a.m. I mean up UNTIL 3:00 a.m. Which means I had to be up with them. I tried to do my best so that Andy could sleep since he had to go to work but... alas, I woke him up at five, delirious as I was, I couldn't do any more for them. He was able to get up, feed them, change diapers and put them back in bed upstairs in half an hour. Something I hadn't been able to do ALL NIGHT! Is it too early for them to be giving thier mom fits on purpose?
